:don't know of anyone that makes a set, but you can have them made yourself, just measure the lenght you want and get 2" square tubing with some 1/8" plating. Take it to a weld shop and they can build them for you from there. If you have a probable welder even easier. The steel is pretty cheap. Weld them in place, bolting will work loose after awhile which will mean retighting them.
If you're going to be banging some gears make sure and insp the rear body pieces for any cracks/rust that might be developing. You never know on unibody construction.

"m getting ready to put in a 9" rearend and was looking at the under side, was wondering about subframe connectors. Wanted to ask what is the best way to go, bolt on or weld on? And were I can get a good set.Thanks for any info.
