I have a 1988 Ford Truck with a 351W. When I pull my Maverick...I get 10 mpg. I don't think a van could double that.

: Better yet, buy a trailer, it would be nice to have anyway, and shouldn't be to expensive if you get one used. And the go rent a Econoline or something....You could sleep in the van confortably, eat truck stop food, and it would be alot cheaper than a U-Hall or a Ryder. They have terrible gas millage, and they charge you an arm and a leg for milage. With the van, millage would be cheap, and you'd probably get around 20 miles a gallon, even with the mav behind you.

: : There is a huge ford show at knotts in early april, prolly the 8th, that would be cool! Just a thought...
