74' Comet vs. 71' Maverick (this is not a war..)

I'm looking at a 74 Comet. Good condition and all BUT,
I was wondering if these parts are compatible?
First, Does it have front discs? (I have not looked at the car yet and wanted to know these things before I go and see it).
Second, It has a 250 automatic, with 23k original miles. (I know that's a good buy) My question with this is are the drive train, trans & rear-end all the same as my 71' Maverick...?
Thrid and final question is... Body parts and interior, are they all or any compatable with my 71' ...?
