Will a C4 hold up to a stock 351?

I have a recently built up C4 (kevlar bands, better vacuum, shift kit). My question is will this thing hold up to a stock 351W, I only ask this because I have the chance to buy one for $200. Also will the bellhousing work from a 250, or do I have to modify it or is there one for it. Thanx for ANY input guys.
