Distributorless ignition?

I am wondering if anyone knows of anyone making a distributorless ignition system for the 302. I think this would free up a very minut amount of power, but hey every little bit counts. I also assume doing this would require some sort of mod., like setting up an exterior oil pump. Any info appreciated.
