Hey Chris, its not hard to make your own brake line, you can either buy a lentgh and bend it (loop it if you have to) so that it'll fit or buy or borrow a double flaring tool and use your old fittings and bend and fit to match. Double flaring tools run about $45, are really easy to operate, you can probably loan one from a parts store though. -CP
: Hi,
: i've called all over town, and also checked through AutoKrafters...and i cannot find anyone that carries the front brakeline for a 1970 (actually, mine is a 69.5) Maverick! I bought a '71 brakeline, but it doesn't look like that'll work. Does anyone have any suggestions? Can i find a reasonably priced '70 brakeline? How possible is it to convert to a '71 front brake assy., and use the lines i have now? Thanks!!!
