I/6 200 Engine Rebuild Kits. Where?

Ok. I'm trying to find some places with rebuild kits for the I/6 200. Any suggestions and advice appreciated. Please keep in mind that I'm aiming at 'budget performance'. I looked thru the site at Clifford Performance and noticed some messages from folks who were less than enthusiastic about thier products. Do any of you have any first hand knowledge of thier stuff?
