302 boss in a 75 mav??? possable??

Ok I have the 250 i-6 mav, right now, and I know that because its a 250 I can do a 302 swap and not have to worry about the tranny hooking up, and was wondering (I don't have the $$$$ or the knoledge or the motor to do it) but would it fit in under the hood and not have to cut the shock towers???? its just an idea I've seen 302 factory, I was just wondering if any one went futher and put in a boss??
