Well my mav is nearing completion, kinda sad, I'll probobly buy another one though :o) Anyhow my questions,
1. What should I do for the best budget prep for my car, around $250.
2. Should I paint the car and then put on the new vinal top, or vice versa?
3. I need to get new fenders, will 73+ work on a 70? I know some of them have notches but I forgot which ones.
4. How long after the base/clear paint job should I wait to put on the decals?
5. On my roof I have a small baseball size dent that needs popped out, Am I going to have to take out my headliner for this? Do they make a tool so I won't have to?
6. How do I get the chrome trim off that covers the bottom of the vinal top from the quarter window to the rear window? Am I going to have to take down the headliner for that too?
7. Anyone in Colorado know what all is absolutely required to be on a car to operate it on roads? I want there to be as little extra stuff (ex. headlights, trim, bumpers ect.) as possible when I take it to Denver to get it painted.I'm sure I will think of more questions.
