I think I may have figured this out... If you take a look at the picture ,Thats a Brazilian Maverick Grabber,It has the grabber hood AND it has the F-O-R-D on it. Maybe they put grabber hoods on more than just the `71s and`72s in Brazil.
Now the question would be, how did a Brazilian hood wind up in the states????
