Hi, I'm the one with the dual plane Weiand that posted below. I have several friends that have single plane intakes of various makes, and personally they don't like them a lot for the street (Rickyracer had a good response). Anyways, my Weiand is a dual plane, and it's actually a high-rise model--so you can get a little bit of each world. You get the dual plane which is good for street, and mine makes power from 1500-6500rpms (probably at sacrifice to some throttle response). Anyways, i would definitely stick to the dual plane unless you're planning on strictly racing your car and building for revs. Of course, everyone has their own opinion...
