Top of the line would be a 4dr sedan and Sports wagon with a base V6/5spd. V8/5spd/5spd-auto optional. NOT an SUV. Something lower, faster, and sleeker to compete with Audi and BMW 5 series wagon and sedans. A DOHC inline six would be neat, but Ford has nothing like that available in the US.

Next, I'd include a 5-door crossover vehicle with a rear hatch, like the new Protege or Lexus. Same sporty intent, but equipped to be less expensive than the wagons and sedans.

Finally, I'd wrap up the line with a ranchero-like pickup version. This would be the cheaper sleeper with the same V8/5spd options.

Redesign the door frames and windshield to accomodate flush glass. Use the DEW-98 (Lincoln LS, Jag S-type) platform, engines and transmissions to make it feasible for production.
