V8 Maverick

I have been restoring this 250cid Maverick for about six months, and all has gone well. I am interested in a 302 V8 conversion. Tell me if I'm right:

1. Yes, I will need the big radiator.
2. I can use the C4 that came with the 250.
3. I will need a chassis rail cross member.
4. I suspect that there is an engine compartment monte carlo bar available.
5. I will need new motor mounts.

Will the same bell housing work?
Do I need to change torque converters?
Does the transmission crossmember remain unchanged?
Do I keep the same drive shaft?
Are the springs the same?
Are the brakes the same?
I have been told that 302 C4s are different. Is this true?

I will start. this job in the fall, so, I'm not in a hurry.
