If you are using a 302 block and 351w heads you must use yhe 302 intake.
The 351 block is taller and the top of the block is wider. You must also have a special head bolt kit that takes up for the difference in diamiter of the bolts. Elderbrock has just such a kit, or you could have your 302 block drilled AND TAPPED FOR 351W HEAD BOLTS.
