OK, been checking out the postings and answered my questions reguarding the change over to disc brakes (I think I will just leave them manual though) Next question though, is there anything that can be done about the steering in these cars? I know it will never handle or be able to turn as sharp as well as my Escort GT, but I would like a more responsive gear box. Any ideas? Here are the specsto which I am going to re-buid the 302:
Edelbrock Performer Intake
Edelbrock 600cfm Carb
224 Duration, 484 Lift hydraulic cam
9.0:1 Compression ratio (forged pistons)
1.6 rockers
New crank and main & rod bearing (crank kit)
Moly push rods
Probably use Rhoads type lifters
MSD Ignition system
Anyone have any other suggestions or maybe better ideas??
