200 Swap Head Ache...Help Me out here guys.

First DAB Looks like I need the parts that I thought that I would not need. I bought DAB's 200. It was mated to a manual tranny. I have a fresh C4. Anyway here is the kicker. My bellhousing is too small. What is going on here? Do the earlier 200s need a V8 Bellhousing? If so anyone got one? I may just have to climb around a junk yard for one if I need to. So what's the deal here guys? I guess that I will need a new starter as well. Bummed out in Houston.
