Help with these heads

Had someone give me a set of heads for a 302 Ford. Can someone tell me what I have? Was told they were 1969 302 high performance heads they have 2.02/1.60....that least this is want I was told.

Inside the valve covers on both sides this is readable:
302 B 1J17

On the underside/piston side:
302 69 B D00E

On each head outside by the header bolt locations:
one has a 10 and the other has a 11
