Flex plate question

I am gonna need to change/modify my flex plat to a 50oz imbalance when i swap in my roller motor. I am assuming they add weight? anyone know what exactly i am gonna need done. I am gonna go get a flexplate from a old 302 which i guess is at 27oz or so. What do i need em to have done and what will it cost in a ball park figure? Thanks David
