I am using a C4 tranny.... so i can just buy a newer flex plat that for a 5.0L and is 50oz off balance and it will work?

I believe the converter bolt pattern is differnet. Even new 50oz flexplates don't cost much and you can still find them on EBAY for a good price.

::I am gonna need to change/modify my flex plat to a 50oz imbalance when i swap in my roller motor. I am assuming they add weight? anyone know what exactly i am gonna need done. I am gonna go get a flexplate from a old 302 which i guess is at 27oz or so. What do i need em to have done and what will it cost in a ball park figure?
