Carb problems on a '76 Mav

I have a 200 ci inline 6 on a 1976 Mav.
The Mav is dumping more fuel into the engine which
ends up getting combusted in the catalytic converter.
This causes the cat. to glow red (not good).
I can't find the original part (carb.) in any local
junkyards. Anybody got a '76 or matching that they
are willing to part with?
