Where and How can I ge an AOD. or aftermarket overdrive?

i would like to know where i can get an aod and how much will it cost i have a 71 mav grabber with a 302 and c4 tranny. and what kinda mods would i have to do to make it work.? thanks for your info on this board. LIQUIDMAV.
