V8 guys, cruising temps?

overheating problem is still here, 180* stat, 3 row radiator, just been redone, timing as high as I can go with no pinging and it runs cooler, but still hits 230* running about 75-80mph @ 2000rpms.
what temp does everyone run on the interstate and what temp does the stock idiot light come on at?
